Oops, I guess I screwed up. I thought we were posting exclusively in the group forum now, so I posted my progress there. Anyway, L3, D5 done.

Did L3, D3 last night, but couldn't log it until I got onto my computer this morning. Will be doing D4 tonight :) I really like level 3 so far. Of all the levels, I think level 2 was the worst.

I had the same issue. I was unable to keep my neck outta the ab party. I'm in level 3 now and I like it much better than level 2. I hated level 2.

I haven't noticed any inches or weight come off so far, but I did take a before picture so I'm hoping when I'm done I'll notice a difference in the before and after pic. Santa Paula, CA which is just North of Los Angeles. Lots and lots to do here. I have an annual pass to Disneyland and Universal Studios, so I go there a lot. It took me 3 years to lose 80 lbs. But I've also kept it off for the last year and don't see myself backsliding. So what they say is true, Slow and steady won the race...at least it did for me.

When I started I was approx. 225 lbs. and wearing a 22w. Now I'm at 144 lbs. and I wear a size 10. I'm 5' 7"

Woohoo! D1,L3 is in the books. Some of the stuff I have to do Anita style, but I did it all the way through. So far I like level 3 better than level 2, but I reserve the right to change my mind in a few days.

Well, I'll admit to being the weakling of the group. I started out with zero upper body strength so I used 2 lb. weights for level one, I'm now using 3 lb. weights on level 2.

I gave up drinking soda four years ago and now exclusively drink water with Crystal Light in it. I can't drink it any other way. I hate plain water, and I've not noticed it having an affect on my weight loss goals. Drink up.

I put raisins in mine and then use almond milk instead of "regular" milk. Really good.
