I lost really fast initially, too. If you're heavier, and had a poor diet before, its more of a shock to the body, I think.

My realistic goal for myself is 169 which is the highest weight in a healthy bmi for me (5'9"). Ultimately I'd like to be 135. Just wait and see, you may like your body at 160 and stop. :)

Mine do! It used to be a lot worse before i lost weight, I have scarring on my inner thighs it was so bad. Anything that gets your heart rate up! Only way to track it would be to wear a heart rate monitor. Not sure how sexy that would be.

I just discovered Quinoa! It's a grain, similar to rice, but it has loads of vitamins and good stuff in it! It's really good!
