Hi -- Yes! I had breast cancer 6 years ago. This past year was the fist time since then that I really took it seriously to lose weight for my health. Everyday I wonder if the cancer will come back. I hope that losing weight will help!

Do no rule out any food! That is where you will run into problems! If you want a McD hamburger, have it! Just adjust your other intakes of food. I have lost ~70 lbs this past year. I eat out almost every day. I eat McDonalds occassionally. Moderation is the key! I eat the Happy Meals!

You look awesome but I totally understand what you mean. I know I get a lot more attention from people now. But I can hide my stomach with clothes. When I see myself without my clothes I start thinking that I'm fat, fat , fat. I'm hoping with time it will get better. Don't get discouraged!

I agree with most of the posts here. Don't rely on your exercises at all! The most important part is the calorie intake. If you do exercising then that is a bonus for your body, but it is not necessary for losing weight. You should be listing yourself as 'non-active' and you should be eating close to the 1500. You will see…
