I found that after a few weeks of eating healthy, its all my body wanted, and junk made me feel yucky. There is healthy junk food tho... its all about making smart substitutions

Ive cut carbs but not banished them, try just using half the amount you normally would or only eating them in one meal a day. theyre not the enemy, lack of exercise is the enemy

when you only eat the 6 small meals, your stomach shrinks and gets full off of less. Just make sure youre consuming enough calories, if its difficult, try having a carnation shake, theyre the same as all the diet shakes and cost half the price. shakes also go down easier.

for me, the exercising was easier to stick to, eating healthy can be seriously hard. To work out every day, all you gotta do is set aside the time and get started, but eating healthy involves making good choices and abstaining all day.

you can buy temporary glasses at most drug stores for 5 bucks, theyre crap but good enough to work out in and you can buy reflective gear in the halloween section of any dollar store.... you may look silly, but you wont feel guilty
