No way, no how. There is nothing in the world I want that bad. I'm totally good.

I buy this, too, and always have the same problem. Last time I poured it into the food processor and blended it up then transferred it back to the jar. It was a pain in the azz and a little messy but it worked. Smart Balance natural peanut butter is extremely good, not oily, but has a few extra ingredients that Jif doesn't.

i'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but i LOVE canned cranberry sauce. a lot.

I'll be there for dinner, thanks! :)

What a sweet husband you have! Along with some others, mine simply puts up with me ;-) Last month he ordered me a six pack bag which is a fancy cooler for all my meals when I'm on the go. It was so sweet! He is extremely supportive of my weight loss and as of lately, my excessive spending on supplements. We just celebrated…

I'll send you a message. I can relate to body builders being moany and tired... ha...my trainer/good friend is a bodybuilder and he is something else when training for a competition. It's interesting to say the least.

Went to dinner with a group of friends. We ate at the Olive Garden since we were all employed there and got a 25% discount off the clock. After that, we went to a mexican restaurant/bar that is famous for their margaritas. Instead of indulging in those, I proceeded to drink like a truck driver (at least that's what my mom…

I think you're looking at this from completely the wrong perspective. What you call trapped, I call responsibilty.
^^^This, as much as it sucks to hear it.
Exactly...that's life.

This is amazing. You should be so proud of yourself. Your before and after picture is the definition of HARD WORK!! Congrats!
-
Haha, I totally understand. It's extremely generous of you to offer anyone help in the first place! :)
-
I'm not everyone... I'm someone who is looking to compete though. As soon as next June... just sayin...if she doesn't take you up on your offer :)

This is a beautiful story. Your husband is very sweet and you should be proud of your accomplishments. Keep up the great work!

Nothing is wrong with Subway. I think some people might "hate" on it due to personal preference. I like Subway, but I also like my subs with cheese, mayo, etc so I try to avoid going there because getting it with no cheese and mayo isn't quite the same. Not to mention the bread is never fresh when I get it and the lunch…

lol.. I've done this before then end up eating anything and everything in sight :-P

wow, you look amazing. congratulations.

90 minutes of cardio per week, either 3 sessions @ 30 min or 2 sessions @ 45 (I weight train so I don't focus on cardio as much right now) clean eating all the way up until Thanksgiving. I will allow that day to be a "cheat" and up until then I will stick to my plan as closely as possible.

I am totally on board with this. I'm obsessive with the scale... like weighing 5x a day, minimum. Would someone want to maybe add me as a friend to help keep each other accountable? I think it would help. To gauge my progress maybe I will just take pictures every 2 weeks in November to see how I am doing. Thanks for…

Chicken, tilapia, ground turkey, egg whites, salmon, shrimp...that's how I get my protein. I do use shakes but that's because I train pretty hard, so I take one post-workout and sometimes I have one in the morning a few hours after breakfast. Everyone is different, but that's what works for me. Most days I have 160 g of…

In the morning, after using the bathroom, and with no clothes on. I do this on a daily basis unfortunately.

I drink a gallon of water a day and have no idea how much I pee but I know for sure it's a minimum of 10 times.

www.vitacost.com www.netrition.com www.amazon.com www.bellplantation.com Google is your friend :-)

I train 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 1 day off, and repeat. I will have tomorrow and Sunday for rest days. Now, I will be somewhat active as I am on my feet constantly moving at work for 6 hours. I don't count that as activity, but at least I'm not planted on the couch all day long.

The fact that everyday I look in the mirror I am starting to appreciate my body and actually see results. I can't say I will ever be completely satisfied, but everyday is a step closer to becoming the healthy/fit person I want to be. Not to mention all the blood, sweat, and tears I've put into this...what a waste it would…

I'm in, but not 15 pounds or else I will lose my very small boobs and I can't risk that... haha, so I'm going to aim for 5-8 pounds. CW:133 GW (for challenge): 125-128

Gas and some quest bars, pb2, and pre-workout supplement on netrition.com. Yay!
-
I also have the same problem. I have very flabby arms but through strength training I have seen a small decrease. I am working on building all over muscle and eventually I hope to have better arms. I have been consistently lifting for 4 months so at this rate it will take a LONG time but I'm okay with that.

When cravings hit me, 99% of the time it's for sweets. I have a huge sweet tooth and that's a lot of what got me here in the first place. Now I have a few dark chocolate chips, pb2, and as of lately, a quest bar heated up in the microwave. Those usually do the trick!

I don't make anything, but I must say this thread has me really excited for holiday food. My holiday specialty is eating. Blah.
