12.5% is amazingly lean for a girl! I think the minimum recommended body fat for a female is 10-12% b/c of essential fat. Maybe that's why you can't get it any lower. Just out of curiosity, being that lean where do you see any fat left still?

Celexa did the exact same thing to me!!! 20lbs in 2 months after being skinny my whole life. I tried coming off and can't, so my doc is switching me to Wellbutrin. Already spent 50 days spinning my wheels with minimal loss, hoping the Wellbutrin helps. :( antidepressants really suck!!!

I def have at least a 15% def, but only netted at least my bmr 50% of the time. The other 50% I was under 100-200 calories.

That's actually not an accurate picture. If you look at the weekly nets, you can see my nets are always far under my tdee of 1950. :)

I started at 1200 net and it led to binge eating. I burn 1950-2150 calories a day per my Bodymedia fit. A 750-950 deficient daily makes me feel like I'm starving. :(

Just looked through my net calories for the last 50 days... I have netted 1200, 1400, 1600 and even 1800. My tdee on non-exercise days is 1850 (lowest, avg 1950) and probably an avg of 2150 on exercise days. Why do I keep gaining and losing despite always having a deficient???
