I have never heard this. This totally makes sense! From what i've seen/exp VLCD usually lose like .25 lb - .5 lb a day. I always wonder how that was possible since 3500 cal = 1 lb. Now I understand why!!! Edited for typos :)

I just came off mine completely 1day ago. Did anyone end up starting? I started this morning and loved it! I used the C25K app on my iPod. It was great! It cues you throughout the whole run and you can still listen to your music.

Thanks for the answers. I thought it was worth a shot since I already have one. Does anyone have a Bodybugg, body media or Fitbit? Do you like it? I read a little on them and it seems like you have to pay for a subscription to get your burn from the bugg or media? Fitbit is free, but not as accurate bc it counts things…

The basketball drill was super hard. I had a hard time doing a lot of it. That up/down, push-up/run it out thing I just stayed on the floor, lol, and I still couldn't keep up!! The in and out thing was cracking me up with all the people yelling! edited: for typos
