I will sign up for a Tough Mudder, when I can conqour that I know I have met my goal. Then I will look for the next challenge. I hopefully will have made a lifestyle change and won't need to change much to go from losing to maintaining.

I find the same thing. I don't weigh myself the day after a tough workout. I figure part of it is all the water I drink while I am working out and right after. But I think it is normal because it always goes back down.
