Thanks! I was surprised (in a good way) that most people said it looked more than 40! I have big hips and always will (love it!) and I think most of the 40 came off around the midsection, which I was VERY impressed with! This was all just with diet changes and a little walking, now it's time to up the ante, and tone up…

Thanks!!! Still have about 30 lbs to go-- although I checked my BMI yesterday and it says I'm no longer obese -still overweight- and will be until I loose 35! I sooo don't get that!

I don't have much of a sweet tooth, and started adding fruit smoothies in for breakfast, and I feel like it causes me to eat more sweet things than I normally would but it might just be a summer thing.

Dukan Diet is a high protein diet (from France). It's a great way to wean off refined carbs. Not to be confused with Atkins b/c it prohibits high-fat protein. I followed a "healthy' version of the diet. You can check it out in the earlier posts of my blog. I started my weight loss Jan11, 2012, and have lost 37 lbs.

Thanks all! I know I'm no swim suit model, but I promote healthy body image. We're human and we don't need to look "perfect", but we do need to feel comfortable. I was at a point where I started feeling comfortable to share my pic, and hopefully, I continue to get more toned.
