Subway is usually a better choice than grabbing a burger and fries at your local McDonald's, but it definitely is nowhere near as healthy as many sandwiches you could make at home. In my opinion, it'll do in a pinch, but I would NEVER go out of my way to go to a Subway.

If you search under cardio for "cleaning", there is a "cleaning - light to moderate effort' option. This is what I usually use to log cleaning up around the house and housework. I actually used this earlier today!

Hello! I'm currently at 250. Hitting 255 for me was the breaking point... Because on the path I was on, I knew that I was on a steady increase, and it wouldn't have been too long before I hit 300 or more. Us bigger girls are definitely out here! Feel free to add me.

I feel the same! I'm currently at 250, but I definitely think I was at my best and most attractive weight at 170 or 175, so that's where I'd like to be.

I always heard that unless you are diabetic or have some other health problem, then you shouldn't really count the sugar in fruit or fruit juice. I would focus more on keeping your added sugar levels low.

I am also 19 years old and 5'8'', but my weight loss goals are a little bigger than yours. I'm currently at 242 pounds, and I would like to get back down to the 170 I was at during my freshman year of high school. I totally know what you mean about the free-for-all dining halls!
