i know regular (tastier) peanut butter has added sugar and hydrogenated oils, so i try to avoid it. the natural peanut butter just doesn't taste good (to me) so i don't tend to eat it. however, LOVE me a handful of almonds, especially at work where i'm always running and short on time. nutritionally, almonds and walnuts…

i'm big on fruit too--always have my apple on hand--but i also like carrot sticks with hummus or sliced cucumbers with skinny cow cheese to make little faux cheese & crackers.

some--the fish oil i don't but the wheatgrass i do because it's higher and part of my fiber intake.

I started eating the quick-cooking ones (McCann's) recently as a breakfast alternative for this detox I'm doing. I boil 1/4 cup with 3/4 cup of water. I mash up a banana and cut up some strawberries to throw in there so I don't have to add processed sugar--better than any packet of oatmeal I've ever eaten!
