Thanks although "looking good" may not be my exact goal it sure helps! LOL!! Oh my hubby said I should also mention there were approximately 215 competitors in the race. And it was a sprint Tri but I will definitely being doing more and longer distances in the future! Stay tuned :happy:

Don't worry my dear it will happen! I have had three babies by c-section, the last at the end of September 2010. Also having 2 uterine lap surgeries, hernia repair, removal of an ovary, and most recently a hyst just a few short months ago! It can and will happen!! Eat less(healthy choices) and move more! It works!

Today I will stay on track because this weekend I will be racing in my first triathlon. My body needs this fuel to be strong!

We did one a couple weeks ago in Ann Arbor/Ypsi! It was a blast!! Hope you find some peeps!! Don't get to wrapped into speed though. Really hard to run through the color stations. Our race was PACKED!!

No freaking way do you look morbidly obese!!! You look happy to me! But the real question that matters is are you happy with your body? If not that's when we accept it and start to make changes! BTW I'm 5'10" SW:194. CW:163 GW:??? I looked like a freaking hot mess at 190!!! So more power to ya girl!! Hide those lbs well!!
