In 9 weeks I lost 17.75 inches by sticking to my calories and exercising! 7.5 off my waist!!! I was thrilled!!!! Haven't measured in a few weeks so not sure where I am now though I am still sticking to my plan!

Did my 1st Dash last summer and already signed up to do this years!! Already down 21 pounds and soooo much more fit than when I did it last year. First time out my goal was survival!! This time I am really going to push myself and see what happens!! Experience of a lifetime!!

How awesome!! Such a difference!! Furthermore we share the same goal...30 by my 30th is what I am aiming for too!!! I am down 21 so far and feel great!! In 6 weeks I lost 7% BF doing kickboxing twice a week along with Insanity, Spinning, or Step Aerobics at least another 2 times a week. Plus lots of healthy eating. My rule is I have to love it or I won't do it! The classes I do I LOVE!!
