It is all about personal preference. I really enjoy a high protein diet because it keeps my sugar/sodium/and carb levels low. Protein tends to be in the middle calorie wise but is the most filling in my opinion. It's just an easy guide line for me, protein=less calories and more filling.

I love a classic PB and J. I REALLY love it after its been in the frying pan :) My diet concern is always sugar so when I do this I use the reduced sugar jelly!

I gain up to 5 pounds during this time. I have found that if I drink a lot of water it's not as horrible. I drop the 5 lbs plus some about 3-4 days after my period has been gone.
