I just finished day 5 of level one. Yes my legs are sore, but the first day my muscle under my arm was killing me, no much up top for those damn jumping jacks.lol I am already seeing a nice muscle in my arms. Good Luck Jillian is tough.

I have use it for yrs to help me sleep with no weight lost till I started eating correctly & excerising so I would say NO it doesn't help with weight lost. I love the Melatonin for sleep though and it's not habit forming I can go to sleep without it just choice not to.

day 3 done. I started with 5 lbs weights the first two days but I am so sore I switched to some 3 lbs today. maybe I will change back to the 5's after a week or so.
