I will definitely have too. I have been learning what foods are calorie dense and what foods are not, but in order for me to be able to maintain I will likely have to for a few years at least.

I think that if you are staying at 1400-1600 a day, there is no way you could have gained actual fat.

Everyday. I only record a loss if I see it for two days in a row or so. I don't have an official weigh in day. I measure once a month.

I do this a lot with just bananas and a splash of milk, but one time I added cinnamon and it was really good also. Gonna try peanut butter next, yum!

I love to eat calorie dense food and I love to sit on my *kitten*. All of the excuses get old after a while. Oh, and everytime I was pregnant (3 times) I ate like Jessica Simpson and never exercised during or after.

I use a dry shampoo called Kenra that smells really good and helps with the sweaty hair issue if you don't have time to wash it immediately.

I didn't see any results until my third week in, and even then it was minimal. Wait a month before thinking something is wrong. Also, you should probably eat the full 1200 cals.

I was up and down my first whole month, this past January and stuck with it, and ended up losing 9 lbs. Not a ton, but it was what I expected. I would definitely wait a little bit longer to actually see a change on the scale.

I want to be able to continue losing steadily. Keep working out a minimum of 3 times a week and stay under or at my calorie goals.

I have lost 8 lbs total since the beginning of January. Which I guess is good, but I was mad that I gained that much over winter vacation so I feel like I am back where I started. Oh well.
