Flat is the perfect word to describe it! Flat. It isn't that I no longer want to lose the weight, and gain my health back, because I do. Just, something is off. Who knows. I didnt read the rest of the posts, but just wanted to mention you can do with with unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. Cuts down on the calories- plus,. I just plain like the taste better :D Sometimes, I put in chopped up M&m's. Yum!

I drink well over a gallon on most days...I LOVE water. I drink nothing else :) Some days are a little less, but more often than not, it is at least a gallon a day. My body has never had any ill effects :)

My husband loves me in his button-ups. I tend to wear them often on nights he doesn't get home until after the kids are in bed. However, his boxers are another story. I wore them once, and he kindly told me that although he doesn't mind me in them- it is NOT sexy. Ha! :D

I just realized I plugged it in as a half. I was planning on only eating half, then ate the whole thing, but went up to bed with the hubby. So, now it looks worse, but still not as bad as I thought! :D Thanks guys! :D

I generally eat rather healthy (yesterday was NOT a god example. Ha!). And I do indulge from time to time, or else there is NO way that I will make it doing this for the rest of my life. I was just surprised to see a lower number on the scale this morning. I guess I was expecting to see a gain (if there was one) quickly.

Our gorcery store has this phenomenal sushi guy that will do it right up there for you (it is a higher end grocery store. Only place around that seems to sell any organics)- Holy cow, is it good! :D
