I cut mine into cubes, add a bit of olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and herbs (dried parsely, a bit of chili, oregano, dried thyme) bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes and it's delicious. You can really get creative with the herb part, I've gone from just oregano to adding oregano with paprika and chili for a spicier…

How dare you insult my Sens!!! :explode:  I hope they do it differently for the kids but reading from one of the contestants that they would be dehydrated and almost tortured to show progress scares me not to forget that some have been left with eating disorders for long after the show which I don't think is what we…

After reading what some of the contestants have gone through in this show, it's disturbing that there's a kids edition now

For all the people who are saying, rudeness comes from people frustrated with the lack of "search engines" usages this is actually what inspired my post. I use search engines instead of posting a new thread for every question and finding it frustrating that the search engine comes with results where 90% of the the thread…

I find the best that works for me is in the morning after I've woken up for a bit, I kinda weigh more if I'm straight out of bed. I guess you need to give your body some time to settle

Carbs is a tricky thing, but I think I know what kinds you mean. I am trying to switch to whole wheat pasta and bread as much as I can because I just cannot cut those out of my life especially bread

I always said I'd never date a Habs or Leafs fan but I guess if he's the perfect guy I'll just have to live with that major flaw and hey it'll be fun bragging about how much better my team is anyways

yep O take Salmon Oil, Vitamin B, Acai, Green Tea Extract etc and add it all to my food diary

I bought a mini muffin pan and now I just experiment with different flavours and modifying the recipes to use whole wheat flour and apple sauce instead of regular flour and oil. Making mini muffins tends to cut down on the calories and I limit myself to one or maximum two :)
