I too am in the game alone. Often I will modify what I make as opposed to what I make for my family. I separate pasta when cooking (so I know exactly the 2 oz that I get) and make the rest for them etc. I have a lot to lose, and have a goal of losing atleast 10lbs by end of Oct! We can do this together
