Hi I'm Myla! I am turning 50 this year! I started the c25k 3 weeks ago and feel really good about making it the 3 minutes this week! Every year my friends and I participate in the Jingle Bell Run for arthritis - walking. This year we decided we would run the 5K, I am going to be so ready!

I just did week 3 day 1. It was tough but I did it. I feel like I will have to repeat it, we will see how the rest of the week goes! What a sense of accomplishment!
