adult ballet classes 2-3 times a week at the studio i have danced at since i was 10 (25 years ago) - through my new health adn weight loss journey i have even gotten back up on pointe ~ although it hurts a hell of a lot more now than it ever did when i was 16! :)

have you considered meeting with a nutritionist? They will be able to point you in the right direction and should be able to create a meal plan that you will be able to live with...

another alternative: get in a good workout so that you have more than 500 calories and can enjoy yourself without stressing (overly much)!

i am on C25K Week 3, Day 3 and i actually alternate with many of Jillian's workouts, but 30DS is my favorite! you might want to consider talking to your neighbor and see when would be the best times - advise them that you are trying to be considerate, but that for your own health this is something that must be done. Might help make things better!

i'm in ~ i have 6 of her DVDs and am waiting on her Extreme Shed and Shred (ordered it a few days ago). i also alternate with running. weight training, and ballet classes. i love Jillian's workouts - i get the best and quickest results with her DVDs!

i have a bunch of Jillian Michael's DVDs (my faves are 30-day shred, 6-week 6-pack, yoga meltdown and Shred it with weights). i also have Pure Barre which totally kills me and has helped me get really toned. good luck!

her DVDs are great because she gives you modified options and once you know the circuits, you can substitute with other exercised if you are having any physical limitations. good luck with your journey!

i lost almost 70 pounds in the last year and i give tons of credit to Jillian for that - while i have almost all of her DVD's, 30 Day Shred is my favorite go-to when i need an amazing and quick workout!
