Wow! Great job! Keep it up!

Amazing! Great job!

I have already done it one time and am currently doing my second round. I saw results within the first two weeks of doing the program and I didn't follow any specific diet regiment except for using MFP. I started to slim down. I didn't drastically lose weight or anything like that, but I lost inches and my clothes fit…

Amazing story! You look way smaller than your stats too! Keep it up!

I've never been to these types of classes, but if you don't want to bulk up...do lighter weights and more reps. This will help tone you up.

I'm always on this site. Like you, I have it up at work, but i've also got it on my phone. Friend request sent! :)

You can definitely see the huge difference! You look great! Congratulations on the results!!

I have done both programs. I did Insanity first. I dropped about 20 lbs doing Insanity. I found that I was getting more agile and stronger and I definitely saw changes in my body within the first couple of weeks. I followed it with P90x. I found that P90x was not as high in intensity, but still was a great work out. I…

Coming from an asian background, I can definitely sympathize with what you feel. Although, I don't live in an Asian country, I used to really get hounded by family and friends of the family saying how "healthy" I was, but that at least I was pretty. It is really tough to hear that because like you said, most asians are…

Having will power is very hard, but at the end of the day, it is yourself that you can count on in making the right changes. My bf will have the "bad stuff" in the house and in front of me and it is hard, but if you really want it bad enough...you have to try and stick to it. I find that having a cheat day really helps and…

Wow! You look great! Keep it up!

Doing the DVD's is great, but if you haven't done kettlebells before, I would suggest taking a few classes. You want to make sure that you are doing them properly before anything. You can really injure yourself or at least that's what I was told. They are a very good workout.

Good job! You look great! Keep it up! :)

Well, you seem like you are on the right track even if it is starting over. Sometimes it's the best thing to do. It's a fresh start. Welcome back and add me as a friend if you'd like! I'm sure you can do it! You just hit a bit of a snag.

That's awesome! Congrats! I am in the same boat as you...i'm almost at a comfortable 6 fit and it's great to see the progress of others just like me! Keep it up!

I usually drink a lot of water when i'm in those moods and then I try to stay in the furthest room away from the kitchen.

See if you can work out with a friend. I have a coworker that I work out with and eat breakfast / lunch with. And we're both looking at losing weight and then maintaining once we've reached our goals. It's been really helpful to have her there.

Look at it as a minor set back. I was in your position at the start of this year. I had lost 40 lbs mid year last year and then gained 20 back. I know what you are feeling. At least you are ready to do something about it and that's all that matters. I did the same as you. I got back on track and I've lost 63.5 pounds in…

That's awesome to hear! It feels great to reach a goal...keep it up! :)

Well, the way I see it, by you realizing that this is the time to make changes in your life, you will do it! It is going to be hard, but I guarantee, once you start seeing the results, you'll keep at it. Just know that, it will be tough, and there will be days that you don't see any changes, but don't let that bother you.…

That's great news! Congrats..

Oh, also, you'll feel more energy throughout the day.

I refuse to work out after work for the same reason. I'm just too tired from being on the go all day. I work out in the morning. I am up at 4am to get in an hour to an hour and a half workout, depending on what I am doing. It is really hard to do, but after a while, it does get easier or at least I think so. I can tell you…

Are you eating more throughout the day? If you have smaller meals throughout the day (5-6) as opposed to just 3, you will speed up your metabolism. I also find that not eating past 7-7:30 at night helps. You should try not to eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Also, you did mention that you lost 2 inches. As hard…

Don't get discouraged. I know it's easier said then done because I get discouraged myself, but like the others said...stick to it! It could just be water weight, it could be other things. Your body will always fluctuate about a kg on a day to day basis.
