to be honest you didnt really give us much to go on, like how much you weigh right now , a 160 pound person is going to lose the weight probably slower once they get skinnyer then if someone 260 pounds was to lose 50. but just get you butt moving, a mixture of strenght training and cardio and you should lose at a good rate.
