I don't necessarily have an entire cheat day but there are days that I splurge on a cheat food, but I still try to stay under my calories goal. I eat what I want in moderation, if I eat more I move more.. anything helps.. marching while watching a tv show or just on commercials.. my bodybugg is pretty nice too.. I am very anal about logging what I eat even if it is two Cheetos..every little calorie adds up..Good luck!!

Started out doing tae bo and counting calories with noom.. then found this and it is much better..I also have a bodybugg..I allow myself to eat what want just in moderation.. I hate feeling deprived. once the weight started coming off I became more motivated... Good luck!!
