Oh, I just realized I am doing the 30 day shred not ripped. I hope I can stay with the group that is on a 30 day track, but I will be doing a slightly different program. :)

I just did D1L1 today. I plan on doing 10 days at each level. I have a crazy schedule I hope I can keep it up.
