Bump.... One neat trick I have learned is to take a cinnamon supplement or sprinkle it on your food when you eat carbs or sugar... it helps your body use the sugar properly. Research it on google.

Been doing a pilates abs dvd for 3 weeks, around every other day. My stomach looks so much better already!!! This is saying a lot considering my last baby wasn't born until nearly 42 weeks... and my belly looked AWFUL. I LOVE pilates!! :)

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2003. My upper lip hair would get so dark! I am an esthetician, so I began to wax it. It always grows back lighter. It has never been as dark as before I waxed. And it grows back softly too, not like when you shave something, and it grows back spiky.
