  • I had a regime of doing boxing, step, hula hoop and jogging. I ended up sweaty!!!!!! They are obviously good for cardio but I've used the 'my workout' option on wii fit plus to make up a routine for strength and muscle. It's great. I don't do it often, twice a week maybe, but I enjoy it more that way! LouiseXXX

  • I've got it. Don't play it as often as I should but I usually play the classes. I use a heart rate watch to check my calories, around 175 for 20mins for the beginner class. But that depends on your weight and how much effort you put into it!!!! LouiseXXX

  • Absolutely agree! I started to plateau, seeing the same 6lbs going and coming back. I do eat back my calories but was on 1200 cals a day.
