When I have a pumpkin soy latte its like 285 calories....I always log everything.....I mean im not perfect Im sure i may of forgotten somerthing from time to time im still new at this but Im pretty good at logging everything.

Mmmmm Avacodo nd cottage cheese sound yummy. I eat mine plain, with fruit or today I threw in a tablespoon of salad toppers, it had cranberries, cherries, nd almonds.....so good!!!

Dont count out the apples! You could make a stuffing to go with one of those chickens!! Apple nd squash with some bread a little seaseasoning...chcken broth.

I tell my three yr old that veggies are gonna make her super strong nd as she eats em I go omg look at ur muscle its getting bigger!!! She also thinks pork and turkey are chicken. Horrible I know but shes a picky eater. Also not a lie but too get her too eat her peas nd green beans we call em frog eyes nd legs. Shes knows…

It never hurts to go to the doctor for a check up anyway. You can tell them your gonna lose weight nd they will tellyou somethings that will helo you.

I use to love b&j I use to get the coffee heath bar one....but I moved to Tn and they charge like 5 bucks for a little one and i am wayyyyyyy toooooo cheap for that.

Yeah, I am not to overally concerned about maybe going a few calories over tomorrow. Ive been very good all week but I dont want to go crazy with sodium and what not. Even the salmon is like 1600 mg sodium. some of the stuff is 4000 3500 its crazy!!

I personally try to eat smaller meals so I cab have two maybe three snacks in between meals. I keep my snacks around 100 calories, skinny cow bars if u have a sweet tooth, hummas with pita chips or carrots Mmmmm. Good luck oh nd drink water lots of water thats helping me. Fills you up nd chewing gum.
