I successfully executed a fake punt to basically clinch a BCS bowl victory. 5. I'd choose a blizzard over the sunny beach every day of the…

MtNeer = short version of "Mountaineer". I'm a West Virginia University alum and we are the Mountaineers. JK = my initials 81 = my year of birth

I weigh myself every day and log it every day. But I don't compare a day's weight with the previous day. I like to compare where I was the previous week at that time. May not be the choice of everybody, but it works for me.

"From this initial explosion point, the offensive lineman maintains a wide base and continues to drive his legs in short, powerful steps." I develop sport instruction products for a publishing company. This was the book closest to me!

Too many to pick from. Pizza and tacos would be great. But if I had to pick one item, it would have to be Velveta Shells and Cheese! Ugh, I could eat box after box and never get enough!!

It's your body, you should be allowed to make the decision about what to do with it. If you want to lose weight to feel better, then he should have no influence on your goal. Use it as motivation! We all know that he's done something in the past that has really annoyed or irritated you...so consider this your revenge!! :-)

I'm originally from Pittsburgh. I don't know of any stereotypes, but many people laugh at the unique terminology that people around there use - often referred to as "Pittsburgh-eese". Some common ones with their actual meaning are... Yinz (you all) red up (clean) dahntahn (downtown) warsh (wash) hoagie (sub sandwich)

Yes! I love this! I also don't fry the sandwich. I just make two pieces of toast and then put the cheese on and pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Cuts out the calories and fat in the butter.

Ugh, I know this all too well. I used to think that people who claimed to have problems with anxiety and depression were just over-exaggerators. That was before it hit me like a ton of bricks a few years ago. In the matter of a day, my life changed. I went from nothing bothering me, to complete depression and anxiety…

I'm running in the Illinois Marathon on April 28th. I wish you the best of luck in your race! But since I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, I have nothing positive to say about the rest of the Philly runners. ;-)

I started using that when I trained for my first half-marathon. But in the race, I found that I had a rough time in the last couple miles. So I modified the program so that the longer runs went a bit further. In my second race I had no problem toward the end. I'll be running in my fourth race this month and am still using…

Personally, I just put a pond in our back yard. It's a lot of work to put in. But once you're finished the sound of the waterfall and just watching the fish is such a relaxing and enjoyable thing.

I used to have this problem quite often. But after I started running a lot more and got involved in running marathons, half-marathons, etc., I actually worked with run coach for a few months. The information people are providing regarding food is correct, but not be the full culprit. You also need to consider three other…

I do quite a bit of interval training on a treadmill. So what chicky mentions would be great. I do mine slightly different though. If you have a treadmill that has the dotted lights showing your progress around a lap (.25 mile), that would be very helpful. I walk a half lap 3.5-4.0 mph, then crank up the speed to somewhere…
