This happened to me to and what the instructor told me is when I was doing my ab work I was pulling my neck instead of supporting it. I think I actually gave myself whiplash :laugh: Try supporting your neck instead of pulling it...good luck. Hope it feels better I was sore for a week!

Glad you brought up this subject as this is also happening to me but was just going to give another week or two before I asked. I'm going into week 4 here and have excercised more now than when I did WW. I'd be curious to find some advice and words of wisdom here too. BTW...I have also been eating most of my excercise…

Just checking...how are you doing with your Wii are you staying focused? I've started to dvr shows love to get on my wii...try to do a few minutes at a time not all at once unless you really want to but try to complete at least 30 minutes.

Prior to going drink lots of water, once there start with a big salad next plate small portions. No fried foods, avoid starchy fatty foods.

Hang in there you have already accomplished so much. Remember this is a life change and it took you time to put the weight on just do it for yourself. As others have stated take a couple of days off and return, shake things up a bit and see your doctor so he can check for other reasons you may not be losing.
