Hang in there I did notice on your diary that you eat pre-marinated meat you may want to make your own marinade or use low sodium seasonings, also stay away from prepackaged food or fast food...In moderation is better. Totally keep sticking to your plan I agree that they are food pushers. Just stick to your guns, I always research menus at these places to find something I can eat that is healthier or even eat half a portion. I get sucked in to but my motive is greater than theirs :laugh: Hang in there!! You may even see their habits…

This is the worst time of the month for me...I have PMS and gain about 5lbs...just hate it! I have been paying closer attention and noticed if I eat foods with a lot of sodium it is worse. I just need to remember to drink tons of water it makes me feel better.

You are setting a good example. I just bring home more fruit, if they are craving sweets they can have a piece of fruit. I also like to on occassion bring home skinny cow ice cream. They love it.

Put salmon on a piece of foil sprinkle with Mrs Dash, pinch of salt add fresh rosemary and a slice of lemon then seal it up, put it in the oven 350-375 for about 20 minutes.
