Loved it..highly recommend it! Even in those sensitive areas! Pain is minimal, mostly minor skin irritation for a day or two. It is not 100% permanent but occassional spot treatments can be done very inexpensively later as needed.

I am no expert but I am wondering if you might be bordering on your body thinking you are in starvation mode. If you are doing those cardio routines (which I alos love but they are one hell of a workout) you might not be eating enough to do that much. Personally, I have found that my body hits starvation mode VERY easily…

I tend to like the shorter programs... 30DS is only 20 minutes and I alternate it with 20 Minute Turbo Jam or 20 minute AbJam routines.... not getting bored with those.. just when you think you might it is time to take it up to the next level!

Yes, go to the Signature in this area and plug it in... you can also add the ticker there too. I just figured out how to add my info and as far as I can tell it is modified manually...only the ticker changes automatically. If I am wrong, will someone please advise?

I started with 2lb wts and am still using them although now at 8 days into Level 2 I think I am ready to use 3 lb on some routines.
