I take a chromium and a cinnamon supplement. LIFESAVERS. I never knew how much I was craving sugar, and thinking about it, until the cravings and thoughts were gone. It was like night and day for me.

Another vote for EA Sports Active 2. They work you pretty hard! I love the 10 minute hula! I LOOOVE the yoga when my muscles are sore from other workouts. It really stretches everything out and makes me feel so much better.

I make my own hummus often, I just google recipes. The trick is you have to use baking soda to get the skin off the chickpeas when soaking them overnight. Use a recipe that calls for that. I've read similar studies. I question how in depth the study actually was and you have to look at the couples who don't move in together before marriage these days.
