WTG !!!! Not sure why I am posting in here I sent my stuff in. I am out of the two hundreds as of today and very happy about that. Here is my stuff if anyone needs some just let TJ know. I am down 2.2 pounds, I did 300 mins of cardio , 100 mins of strength and 195 bow and arrows in each arm.

If they are easy then why dose the other team seem to be in such a bad mood about them ???? As for for the burpees with my leg's this week oh H*ll No !!!!!!! I cant even think about doing them without wanting a pain pill or two !!!!!

Seems like everyone is kicking a** this week..WTG !!!! As of the 12th I have 120 of cardio , 60 of strength and 105 bow and arrow's. :tongue: I just might make it !!!!!!

Ok Tj we picked the what, it's the how many that we are having a hard time with so can you pick that ? It looks like anywhere from 25 - 75 for the week. That's not being to soft is it ? We don't want them to real mean to us when the table is turned and we want them to have enough time to do them. :frown:

Ok we will need to decide how many burpee's we are going to have them do. So from what I see it is a 4 part squat. So I say that they need to do 75 added to everything else that they have by the end of the week.

I love you sis.....So no treadmill till you get home...got it !!!!!! :laugh: Jumping jacks would hurt bad...and I am almost out of pain pills so that is a no go, but the shadow boxing sounds cool and leg lifts I didn't think of. Thanks ma'am.

I have no clue what a burpee is but it sounds awful...and since I am a great B**** but suck at being mean I will go with what ever y'all want . Now I must look up this burpee's cause if its that bad I am sure they will make us do it at some point...lol and WTG Amy !!!!!!

So how is everyone doing today?? I am in pain but pushing along... Ok let me give ya a laugh. So yesterday I had to two hours of cardio to do. So being the smart person that I am I jump up on the treadmill in socks and fall messing up both knees and ankles. Yea Me !!!! But I did take med's and get in my two hour's needles…
