I haven't followed the slim fast diet plan because I would get really bored with just drinking shakes for breakfast and lunch. I've lost 32 lbs and am still at the same cup size. I was really hoping to lose at least one cup size. I still have more to lose and have started lifting again so I am hoping by the time I get to my goal I will be down at least one size.

Love PB2. I do not eat a lot of peanut butter but I always keep PB2 on hand for when I have a craving. Tastes just like peanut butter but a lot less calories.

I get tired of eating the same thing all the time so I usually mix it up. Yesterday was whole grain waffles with nutella. Today I had a nutria-grain bar and some blackberries.
