Not sure about level three but I kow you can find levels 1 & 2 on youtube. Last time I tried it I did it 4 days a week and then ran on two of my off days
-
I will give it another go. I have started it twice but get bored within the first week. Maybe I will finish it this time. Been looking at result pictures to keep motivated. Will take before pics tonight so I can compare later.

I love beef tongue. Have two in the freezer right now that I need to cook sometime. The heart and brains are pretty good too

Thank you for the suggestion. I always like to try new DVD's and really need to work on my stretching. And on another note, I love the way people post on a subject rude remarks and then they get upset when the OP remarks back. If you don't want to do the dance workout then don't do it but at least lets not be rude about…

If someone has a dog in town they need to be a responsible pet owner and either watch their dog or have a fenced in yard. I see dogs running loose in our neighborhood all the time and it ticks me off because they can get hit or taken so fast. If you can't be responsible then don't have a pet.

We've all been there. Forget about what happened yesterday and focus on going forward. I've had up and down days since my birthday a couple weeks ago. Today I am gonna get back on track. You can do it

I got braces in my late 20's and could eat pretty much anything with a few exceptions. I couldn't eat anything chewy (caramels, gum, gummy bears etc...) and I couldn't eat corn on the cobb, had to cut in off the ear. or if I ate chicken I had to pull the meat off the bone. And steak was hard to do depending on how tough it…

Hi! Feel free to add me as well

I accept. Will start today

I agree with the others about the fitbit. It is a very motivational tool and it syncs to my fitness pal which makes it so much easier. I have a desk job so it is sometimes a struggle to get to 10000 steps but I push for it everyday.

I usually order mine off of Amazon
-
I'm in. Haven't done any challenges for awhile. Time to get back into it
-
I usually use frozen fruit and skim milk and then mix in a packet of splenda and some vanilla protein powder. Sometimes I throw in some powdered Peanut butter (PB2), depending on the kind of smoothie

I didn't get a chance to do this workout yesterday so I think I will do it tonight along with todays challenge

I lost weight on the slim fast plan and kept it off for over a year but then fell back into my old habits. Then a lil over a year ago I started MFP and it's been working great ever since. No special diet plan, just watching what I eat, counting calories and tracking exercise.

Friend request sent. Anyone can add me if they would like
-
Now that I have lost the weight, my plan for 2013 is to tone up. Going to get back into lifting again. I could kick myself in the butt for ever stopping.
