Go to bodybuilding.com and follow Lee Labrada's 12 Week Trainer. It gives you workouts every day for 12 weeks and has a short little video that accompanies each day. It is also much less intense than some of the other 12 week trainers on the site.

I've put on 15 pounds in the last 4 months going to the gym 4-5 times a week and eating a fairly large surplus every day. Maximum half the weight is muscle and half is fat. I've been using it for 3 months now and it definitely helps perk me up in the morning. If you are getting it from bodybuilding.com stay away from the exclusive orange mango flavor. The fruit punch is my fav, I'm working through a tub of blue raspberry right now which is pretty good.
