Currently doing 30 day shred... Hubby took my pics- I refused to look at them. So: ashamed.

Yum! Thanks!

BAND! (Haha Marz31- you know band was tough!!!! At least half a school year...)
-
Sweet! What are you gonna get???
-
I'm the same way- get depressed and lose a crap load of weight. Get happy= get fat. Been there, done that... here I am.... trying to be happy and healthy.
-
I did not type anything nasty... the athletic store I bought the HRM from has the same name as a male anatomical feature...
-
I just bought a SportLine brand from ****'s for $70. It has several features I really dig: heart rate, time, and calories all in one glance. Date, time, chronograph, dual time zone. The history of 7 workouts including the time, and how much time you spent above, in, and below your target heart zone. the only bad thing is…

Damn! Great job! I love that your sass is showing in the today picture. cute!
-
That's TOO funny! Reminds me of one lady on here wrote about being called a peanut- she appreciated it!
-
Jillian Michael's "30 day shred" pops up on here OFTEN!
-
My hubby does the same thing- snacks on candy/sweets all night, every night. I LOVE CANDY!!!! He complains to me how he "tries to gain weight, and can't". boo hoo. BUT- I made the decision that I want to lose weight... for ME. Some days I sit down and munch on candy with him, even though I know I shouldn't. It's ok. The…

When you have a bad day- don't feel too bad. Tomorrow is a new day- use it wisely.
-
that's hilarious!

I've read level 2 is the hardest- but most people seem to enjoy it best. Watching the snippets of workout that cycle through the menu is definitely intimidating.
-
Hear! Hear! I need to up my weights, too. Good for you, meeko_meerkat for doing that already- you've inspired me! It may kill me on some exercises- but.... Orvett- get bored easily? ;)

I did BAD!!! Don't even want to admit how bad, but: Everyday I worked out, either shred, zumba, or cardio... but I was at home with all the leftovers and NO ONE to eat them but me and hubby (who doesnt' like leftovers). Sincerely hoping that TOM has to do with this- but I went up 6#. (REALLY hoping TOM is affecting!!!) How…

I log it under aerobic "dance modern/ballet..." etc.
-
I needed you to post this about 4 days ago! haha
-
5 days in- not hurting too much. Mainly feel shin splints/calves burning on the jumprope... Good luck!
-
I went on top, too
-
I log it as a circuit workout. According to my HRM- I burn on average 200-250 while doing the shred. (Only on Day 5, Level 1)
-
I didn't shred yesterday, but I went to a 45 minute Zumba class. The days I go to a class I will not shred. I still don't like the jump rope!!!
-
Yes!
-
I can see your pics
-
Hell yeah I can see a difference! Look at you!!! Keep up the good work!
-
That's a really good idea! Another friend who's shredding says doing some cardio before starting your daily shred makes it easier since you're already warmed up. I believe that I push myself harder at the end because I know it's about to end.
-
And Hell yeah you should "brag"! Way to go!
-
Ooh... my calves are hurting and the jump rope sucks. So happy to be doing this with others who feel it!!!
-
Raised in Longview. Can NOT wait to get home for the holidays!!!

jolly green giant. Been called this by numerous people over the years... I try to be jolly, and I always wear green... so it's fitting! (It's amusing how many people think they're being original with this nickname, though)
