  • I'm in the middle of Level 2. :) One thing I've repeatedly read is that you probably won't lose a lot of weight according to the scale with the Shred, more likely you will become more toned and lose in inches. So if you're just starting- be sure to take measurements in addition to stepping on the scale!

  • Definitely recommend buying a HRM. Makes me work out harder and longer... to get numbers I like. I'm 5'11", 185# and currently burn around 200-220 cals for the 27 minutes.

  • Yes! I weigh myself daily- but only use Monday as my weigh-in day (because it's consistently my highest day). Usually I see much lower numbers throughout the week- but will not log them because I know it will go up.

  • I was keeping a paper food diary. When I googled nutritional facts, MFP had most of them in the food bank. WAY easier than writing it all down and adding it up, myself :)
