Hi there and welcome! A stone is nothing babe you can definitely do it!!! You need to find someting you like doing in the exercise world, that is the key. However, you should do about 30 mins of CV a day 6 days a week, and make it something like brisk walking over jogging which is not so good for weight loss. Swimming is…

It sounds like you have done brilliantly and now you need to sculpt your body to achieve the results you would like. Weights all the way baby!!! Please look at my blog if you would like to know more :)

It shouldn't be honey if you are doing it correctly. Cycling doesn't build muscle in the same way as bodybuilding (weights), that is your answer. I'm starting to feel a bot like a broken record lol! If you want to know more I have a blog on the subject. Good luck! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

I also know of a good brand, believe it or not one of the cheapest, Morrisons own value pack (yellow bag) it has low sugar and is very good. I add some candarel to mine to sweeten it up a bit, it's about 65p a bag. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

Thi thread has been great, after another thread of people not getting you can't always eat back calories if you do a substantial amount of execise and are not hungry!! Best replies I've seen in any thread!!!!!!!! :) x

Without wanting to come down on either side of this debate. I just thought the OP deserved a bit of credit you aren't giving him. Firstly, he said in his opening paragraph you need AMINO ACIDS. That IS protein. Secondly, he hasn't said anywhere you should start eating 500-750 cals. He said you should start with a -500 or…

I agree with you 600 cals is blatently not enough and if you had seen my posts on other threads you would know that I don't advocate it at all, but there is a massive difference between consuming only 600 cals a day and having a bad ed and over exercising and not consuming deficit at all, what op and I do is a eat a…

This actually made me laugh! The assumptions here are positively amazing! First one basically calls the op anorexic without any evidence of this just an assumption (if you have looked at op's diet then misinformation) and then sells herself as a super wonderful person we should all bow down to because she is so selfless…

Hi there, as a lot of people have said HIIT does not build the sort of muscle you're talking about, it makes me cross when this happens. Lots of people do DVD and such and look totally ripped and indirectly say 'you too can look like this if you follow my do at home exercise programme!' The only way to look that way is to…

The first sentence here made me laugh out loud!! Although that does burn a lot of calories too lol :) Totally agree btw!! Sorry couldn't resist!! :D x

Lol!!! I must admit it is really hard if you have other peoples food in the house that you like :/ When my kids lived with me I used to buy them all the stuff I didn't like lol! They loved bourbon biscuits and I hate them lol! I hate cheese and onion flavour crisps so I bought them those lol! Although I didn't buy a lot of…

Good luck honey!!! Bless you're definately fitter than me lol! Just a thought but as a person who has to eat all day long I definitely think it's about what to eat rather than quantity. I eat low fat low sugar high protein and I am full all day but also eat all day, I'm hypogaecemic so I have to eat anyway, and I eat every…

In some respects you are right, and indeed sometimes people need to be 'gently' told they are doing the wrong thing backed up by facts is always good, but in this case like in mine it's not as simple as that. For an example: I eat a certain way through healthy choice and I am currently cutting so I am on 1200 cals per day…

Awww horrid to be negative, who would ever suggest eating **** to get to your calories in what a stupid idea! Honey I struggle every day to get my calories in! It really depends what you eat and I am guessing you eat like me. I eat shed loads all day so I'm not hungry and if I am short well I am! Not much I can do, like…

As above find something you really enjoy. But as a side note running is not the best aid to weight loss, you're better off going for a brisk walk. :)

Hi there, it's mainly because the more water you drink the less your body holds on to. The other indirect thing of course it's it's cal free, so replacing sugary drinks with water also makes a massive difference to cal consumption over a day. I think there was a man recently that lost 2 stone by just cutting out coke. But…

hello and welcome! Good Luck with everything! :) x

I thought this was going to be really good when I started reading it and then it went down hill from there. Your body needs Carbs, fat and PROTEIN! And your daily macros depending on what you are trying to achieve. Protein feeds muscle! It is true to say that carbs also do this but in a much smaller way because if you…

Not working! :(

OOOO giving it a go now!! Thank you :)

This absolutely! Cardio won't help honey it's a really common misconception. You should cut down the cardio and up the weight training. I am sure Victoria2448? and of course I would love to help you with getting a programme together. This would also be less stress on you foot, because you can start with machines. There are…

Brilliant!!!! I love this! Well done you for the realisation that you don't have to starve yourself! I love to eat too, I eat 6 meals a day! I'm never hungry I won't let my body feel hungry! I eat every 3 hours, I think it just matters more about what you eat! And whet exercise you are doing! Good Luck I really think you…

Hi there, when you have a bit of money do a big shop of things that will last for ages like rice, lentils, pasta, tinned stuff like tuna, tomatoes, salmon, I freeze bread too etc. Then week to week pick up the perishables like milk (although you can freeze this too), fruit, veg, cheese, yoghurt etc. If you end up a bit…

I'm sorry but I found this quite entertaining! Have to aggree with so many people above, it's the same as people complaining about a terrible TV show when they could have just turned over! I can absolutely see where the op is coming from, I get agitated by the God Squad (excuse this wasn't sure what else to call it) as has…

I probably won't be popular for saying this but I hate WW with a passion! lol! It encourages people to lose too much weight too quickly with no real advice on good exercise and nutition goes out the window! Better off on here I reckon welcome back! :)

Hi there, Yeah I would aggree you shouldn't go under 1200 cals a day, but 1500 is better to be honest. Go by what you're losing, you shouldn't lose anymore than 2-3 pounds per week or it'll eat muscle. So if on 1500 you're not losing that much drop 100 cals and see if it makes a difference, if you drop and you lose 4…
