there is no chance im going to read a story where the link mentions "special needs girl" and "tormented". im just not in the mood to read something like that. her tormenters should be punished to the absolute max.

at some point fat can definitely affect ability. ever do CPR? if you are fat/out of shape it may prevent you from doing your job properly. and there are plenty of other instances where it can matter.

i watch every episode because i like the zombie genre. Walking Dead is not a good show. it can entertain at times but thats about it. its a joke to compare it to a quality show like Mad Men or Breaking Bad. and i cant believe how boring last nights season premiere was.

if you want to lift weights stay away from the cardio based "lifting" programs like Body Pump. they are cardio and not weight training. listen to the poster above and do something like Starting Strength.
