I havent really notice a change when I look in the mirror as of yet but I know I am chaning because I can now fit some shorts that I purchased 2 summers ago that where to small (purchased them online and was to lazy to return them ) NOW THEY FIT! so YEAH!!!! :happy:

I have five differnt sizes from from size 20, 22, 24, 26, and 28 I am now back in size 24 and I keep telling my self to get rid of the size 26 and 28 pants that I have but I just havent yet ...but I will today because there is no looking back !
