I'm eating 1600 calories a day and I eat half my exercise calories usually about 250 calories. I am losing about 2 pounds a week like this. IF or when I plateau I will change it up.

I tried WW twice and did the points thing. Fruit is zero point and as we all know fruit has a lot of sugar and you can't eat too much. I think calories is a little more accurate. At my old gym they had a 20lb weight with a string tied to a piece of broom stick and you just start rolling the string up on the stick it was a great forearm exercise would burn like heck after a few times.

I work out alone but its because every work out partner I ever had always eventually starts making excuses why they can't go and they quit so now I just do it alone. And like someone said I can get in and out faster by myself.

I believe we should listen to our bodies. If I am sick it is OK to rest until I feel better. If we are sick I think it is better to nuture the body instead of stressing it with exercise.
