  • Today I went to the shop and bought a new pair of exercise leggings - in a size Large. They are a good fit and have positive affirmations written on them. I've had two colds during my three month 32lb journey so far (winter is fun as well as sick flatmates) and I went to bed, took cold medicine and continued to lose weight just fine. I ate healthy that whole time within my calorie deficit and drank lots of water and slept. I was fine.
