I did WW back in the mid-2000's and had a lot of success with it. They did not have free foods when I started. I left shortly after they introduced it as in the months following free foods all the people who had been doing well started plateauing or gaining. There were lots of complaints except from the new members whoβ¦

I've got someone on my friends list who is nearly at 3000. She doesn't say anything any more. I just see the notification come up every time it rolls over. She long passed her goal weight and I'm sure she just keeps it at maintenance now.

I'm from the UK. Been here just under 3 months and I've lost 29lb so far. Got about 100lb left to lose.

Been at it three months and I've lost 29 pounds so far which is well over 3 stone. Definitely doable. I've just been doing simple calorie counting and sticking to mainly healthy food. Not much in the way of exercise yet.

Keep going! You've lost heaps and you're not that far away from going down a size. But you need to keep at it. The distance between clothing sizes is larger when you are heavier. They get closer together as you drop in weight. Once you go down one size the next size down won't be far behind.

Welcome :smiley: Definitely take pictures for your before photos. You will regret it if you don't as it gives you a feeling of accomplishment. It's only been a day.

I went cold turkey on chocolate, all fizzy and alcohol. It helped a lot in the long term although was hard at first. I had low calorie jelly lollies for the first month as a snack. Allowed myself a small packet a day.

I've been only doing this 2.5months and lost 28lb and these are my NSV's so far: My new pencil skirt I bought 2 months ago for my new job is loose and slipping down. It was expensive and doesn't have belt loops. I may have to sew on some elastic on the inside so I don't have to buy another. I can now see below my stomachβ¦

I did WW back in 2003 before I discovered this site (did it even exist then?). I didn't understand calories back then at all and it wasn't really written on food labels back then most of the time. So WW had a book they gave me when I joined that had all the brands and foods listed in it and I would look up each food and itβ¦

I do three things. 1. Picture once a month in the morning before food and standing in the same place with the same clothes on (but tight fitting so I can see my stomach shrinking over time). 2. Measure once a month. Mostly my measurements have been going down. I find it a bit hard to measure as never sure how tight Iβ¦
