I have the weight watchers one too. I've had two different versions of it. You just buy their magazine and there is an order form in the back of it somewhere. Thanks, I put that the Zumba was low intensity and that it was only 40 minutes instead of 50, and it came back with that I burnt 441. I just didn't feel it was a good workout off the Zumba Cardio party DVD, and there was lots of breaks in the DVD while they did fancy screen cuts which was annoying. I much prefer a live…

Well you've come so far. It would be a shame to stop now. Why don't you replan what foods you will eat next week and the type of exercise you do. Something completely different to keep you interested? I've lost heaps in the past, and that's one tactic I have used.

Aqua Jogging is the way to go! I did 75 minutes of high intensity jogging/running today in the pool. I purchased my own aqua belt some time ago, but most pools will let you borrow one.
