For the love!!!!! I was grossed out about the fish...But now cheese mites?????? I sure wish I could survive on sunshine and water, cuz I am learning about crap on and in foods way too much lately and I am sorta kinda thoroughly grossed out and having the heebie jeebies..... LoL

I know how you feel. I had the Lap-Band June 30, 2010. I lost about 60 lbs. And now at a stand still for the last 5 months. I am now trying to workout and count calories.....It is a tool, but not a fix. I have had problems with my fills off and on, but I think that is because my Doctor is an idiot. I don't regret ever…

Go to Zumbacalories.com and put in your weight and minutes and the intensity. So much easier. Kinda gives you a little over though. I use a HRM and it was overestimating by like 100 calories.

YES! Much more. It is nice to see while you are working out how many calories you are burning too. I did a treadmill for 20 minutes and said I burnt 150...My HRM said 225.

I just got a semi cheap one at Wal-Mart for like $60 buck...Seems to be ok. Came with the chest strap too...But took me a week to learn it. LoL
