I just actually quit this weekend. I slipped on Saturday and Sunday a little, but had my last cigarette on Sunday night about 8pm. I find it is better to quit during the weekdays. With me at work, I don't have the free time to crave like I did on the weekend. It is not easy tho...But doing better than I was...I still am…

I did use the Cardio Trainer......Loved the GPS to track the miles, but the calories burned was a little off...or way off. I would usually walk 2.4 miles in about 45 minutes, a night and it would say I only burnt like 230 calories. Well I would get in the treadmill for 30 and would burn the same amount if not more. I used to love Yopliat...Expecially fruit on the bottom, but kinda blah anymore...... You should try Chobani. Has actual fruit and takes fabulous!! Especially the strawberry banana.

Awesome Job!!! I quit last year for 4 months, then one afternoon of drinking got me started again. I should have put the first one out when it tasted like crap. But sadly I started again.......BUT, today I will be doing the cold turkey thing again. Hope I can do it for good.
