it is really discouragin to see any number go up. and it's so much easier to support another person freaking because of it, than accepting it for yourself. Thank you all though. the muscle retaining water thing makes me feel much better as i spent a good 2 hours with the resistance tubes.

don't tell them that they have to count calories too, but simply put it thatproper portion sizes are something that is really important to your health :)

I'm going to bump this too because I watch my fat and my diet, and my baby abandoned property just sort of hangs there now. The fat is going but the skin isn;t tightening at all.

But I've printed out and made everyone in the family a dry erase scedule (you can get the lamination to make them dry erase at staples) that hang in the kitchen, and the schedules help me know when i ned to make everyone…

it's not just McDonalds it's everything, Burger, BBQ, Desserts, a whole slew of things. McDonalds is the example i was giving because I was so hungry at that part of the day, but as the holidays near i know it's just going to get worse. and no my husband will not change his habbits

I've always favored intelligence over looks, they have to have certain geeky grace (or lack there of) about them too. Physically i like things that make a person stand out, be it clothing to tattoos. let their freak flag fly

it is alot of questions. I have a problem with never being able to ask one. The schedule is important for the kids. I want them to get into the habbit. I try to work out schedule snacks and what not inbetween.
