Keep in mind, the eat this part is not necessarily the healthiest choice. I dont believe using this book and logging it in MFP will help you reach your goal as easily. Will take more time if anything.

I try not to eat into the calories I burn. If I do, I try to limit it to 1/2 the amount burned.
